Office Hours

Our agency is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on all state holidays.

If you want to apply for assistance you can do so by filling out an application on E-Gateway at either our agency, a library or wherever an internet connection is accessible. A phone or face-to-face interview will be scheduled once this application has been completed.

You can apply through our PRC loan program Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Applications can be dropped off at any time using the drop box found outside of our building.
