EDUCATION AND TRAINING

When looking for money to help pay your school costs make sure you look at federal, state and school resources. Talk to the financial aid administrator at the school you plan to attend. Be sure to ask about "institutional aid" which is money the school awards. Schools are required to inform you of their financial aid procedures and deadlines and how and when you will receive your aid award. They can also tell you about student aid available from your state.

There is a good chance you may qualify for a Federal Pell grant and/or a state grant to pay for your education, books, school supplies, etc. For more information on applying for Federal student aid please click here. For more information on Ohio state grants please click on the grant you wish to review: Ohio Instructional Grant or Ohio College Opportunity Grant.
